The services offered include individual sessions, courses, and digital content related to personal development, well-being, and complementary health practices. Services may be provided online or in person.
2. No Medical Treatment
The services provided do not constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy, or medical advice under the laws of any country outside Germany.
They do not replace diagnosis or treatment by a licensed physician or medical professional.
3. No Promise of Cure
No promises of cure, success, or specific outcomes are made.
Results depend on the individual and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Clients agree to inform the provider of any relevant medical or psychological conditions.
5. Booking and Payment
Bookings become binding upon completion of the booking process.
Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Digital services and online sessions may begin immediately after payment.
6. Right of Withdrawal
For digital services and online sessions, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has begun, provided the client has expressly agreed to this before booking.
7. Liability
The provider is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
No liability is assumed for indirect or consequential damages.
This limitation does not apply where mandatory statutory liability applies.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All legal relations are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Place of jurisdiction is Germany.
